Delete your account
How to permanently delete your MEILO account and personal data — from the app, on the web, or by email. This applies to both Meilo (consumer) and Meilo Partner (artist), operated by Gita Care Technologies Private Limited.
Delete it yourself
The quickest way is from inside the app. Deletion is permanent and takes effect immediately.
- Open Meilo or Meilo Partner.
- Go to Profile → Settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Prefer the web? Sign in and use Delete account at the bottom of Settings.
Can’t sign in?
Request deletion by email
Email admin@meilo.ai from the mobile number or email address on your account so we can verify it's you, and tell us which app you used (Meilo or Meilo Partner). We'll confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your profile and account details — name, phone, email, city, and preferences.
- Any looks and photos you uploaded.
- Your saved artists, studios, and looks.
- Service reports and reviews you submitted.
- Your in-app activity and preferences.
What we keep, and why
A limited set of records may be retained only where the law requires it (for example, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute records), or in anonymised and aggregated form that can no longer identify you. Everything else is permanently erased.
